“My account is inactive”, What should I do?

It seems that you haven't any activity in your account for a period of 30 consecutive days. 

This is why you are getting the message "My account is inactive". 

Don't worry because your account, completed courses and certificates haven't been deleted.

To re-activate your account, please create a support ticket here
